Description
These Apple Butter Cookies are chewy, soft, with a crisp on the edges. Also, they remind me of an apple pie in the form of a cookie.

			- 2 cups flour
 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 - 1/2 cup butter, soften (or 1 stick )
 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
 - 1/2 cup sugar
 - 1/4 cup apple butter
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, line your cookie sheets with parchment paper, and set them aside.
 - In a small bowl, add flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and ground cinnamon; mix and set aside.
 - In a medium bowl, add softened butter, brown sugar, and sugar; mix well.
 - To the butter mixture add apple butter; mix well.
 - Slowly add flour mixture to butter mixture; mix well. It might seem there is too much flour but keep mixing.
 - Scoop cookie dough with a cookie scoop or two spoons onto the prepared cookie sheets. Place them about 2 in apart.
 - Bake for 12-15 minutes, until they are golden brown around the edges.
