Description
This Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal will change how you view plain old oatmeal. It's warm, just enough sweetness, and with the chopped apples takes it to a whole new level.

			- 2 cups rolled oats
 - 5 cups water
 - 1 cup milk
 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
 - 3 medium apples, chopped
 
Instructions
- In a 4 quart pot over medium to high heat, add rolling oats, water, milk, ground cinnamon, brown sugar, and chopped apples.
 - Bring to a boil, then to a simmer; simmer for 10-15 minutes until the oatmeal is fully cooked.
 - Apples will have a bit of a crunch to them.
 
Notes
- It might seem like a lot of liquid, but it’s not. Oatmeal absorbs a lot of liquid when cooking.
