Description

Football season is in full swing, and this Barbecue Pork Sandwich Recipe is here just in time. It takes two minutes to prepare, and the slow cooker does the work for you.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 34 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1 28 oz bottle barbecue sauce (use your favorite brand)

Instructions

  1. In a 5-quart slow cooker, place pork tenderloin and barbecue sauce.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours; until the pork shreds easily.

Notes

  • I like to use Hawaiian rolls for these sandwiches. You can use whatever bread you like, hamburger buns, regular sliced bread, or no bread; eat it just the way it is with a fork.
  • Any remaining barbecue pork can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
