- 3–4 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 28 oz bottle barbecue sauce (use your favorite brand)
Instructions
- In a 5-quart slow cooker, place pork tenderloin and barbecue sauce.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours; until the pork shreds easily.
Notes
- I like to use Hawaiian rolls for these sandwiches. You can use whatever bread you like, hamburger buns, regular sliced bread, or no bread; eat it just the way it is with a fork.
- Any remaining barbecue pork can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
