Here is a super easy side dish, takes no time to make. The smell of sautéed onions and garlic, with the slight crunchiness of the kale and the creaminess of the cannellini beans.

- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2–3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2–3 tablespoon oil, for sautéing
- 4–5 cups chopped kale
- salt (to taste )
- black pepper (to taste)
- 1 15 oz can cannellini beans
Instructions
- In a large pan over medium to high heat, heat oil, add onion and garlic; sauté for 2-3 minutes until they become translucent.
- Then add chopped kale, salt, garlic powder, and mix; then cover for 2-3 minutes; let the kale wilt.
- Once the kale has wilted, add cannellini beans and heat through.
