Description
This Carne Asada is easy to make. By marinating it, it makes it juicy and tastes so good. The lemon and cilantro are what takes it to the next level.

- 1 lb flap meat (or ranchera. )
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (or the juice of 2 lemons, save the lemon peels.)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4–5 sprigs of cilantro
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, place flap meat, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cilantro; mix well.
- Cut lemon peels in four and add those to the bowl.
- Let marinate for 10-15 mintues.
- In a hot large skillet, add a little oil, and place marinated meat onto the hot skillet.
- Cook for 5 minutes, flip and cook for another 5 minutes; only flip once.
- You want it to be fully cooked.
