Description
This Egg Salad Sandwich is easy to make, requires 4 ingredients, and is very versatile. It can be served as a side dish.

			- 12 eggs
 - 1/2 cup mayo
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 
Instructions
- In a medium pot over high heat, place eggs and cover completely with water.
 - Once eggs come to a boil, turn off the flame and cover the pot; leave them covered for 10 minutes.
 - After 10 minutes have passed, place cooked eggs in a colander and rinse under cold water to cool them down.
 - Begin peeling off the shells of the eggs.
 - Once all eggs are peeled, dice them and place them in a medium bowl.
 - In that same bowl, add mayo, salt, and black pepper; mix well.
 - Adjust any of the seasonings if needed.
