- 2 lbs boneless beef chuck
- 1 28 oz can green chile enchilada sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions
- Place boneless beef chuck, green chile enchilada sauce, garlic powder, salt and ground cumin in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Once the beef chuck shreds easily it is done.
- Tacos can be topped with chopped onion and chopped cilantro.
