Description

This Ground Beef and Vegetable Soup takes no time to make. It's delicious with basic ingredients and very comforting.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 15 oz can corn
  • 2 15 oz can green beans
  • 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 68 cups beef broth (more or less depending how much broth like)
  • salt to taste


Instructions

  1. In a 5 quart pot with a little oil, saute diced onion and garlic cloves; until translucent.
  2. Then add ground beef and brown until no longer pink.
  3. Add beef broth, corn, green beans, diced tomatoes and salt to taste.
  4. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10-15 mins.
