Description
This Ground Beef and Vegetable Soup takes no time to make. It's delicious with basic ingredients and very comforting.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 15 oz can corn
- 2 15 oz can green beans
- 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
- 6–8 cups beef broth (more or less depending how much broth like)
- salt to taste
Instructions
- In a 5 quart pot with a little oil, saute diced onion and garlic cloves; until translucent.
- Then add ground beef and brown until no longer pink.
- Add beef broth, corn, green beans, diced tomatoes and salt to taste.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 10-15 mins.
Notes
- I like to pair the soup with white rice.
