- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil (or any oil of choice )
- 1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl or zip lock bag add lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, salt and chicken tenders.
- Let marinate overnight or at least an hour.
- In a skillet pan heat up to medium heat and cook chicken until fully cooked, flip only once.
- Pair up chicken with white rice and roasted veggies.
Notes
- It is best to marinate overnight but if you don’t have the time at least an hour would be great.
