This cookies are soft and with the perfect amount of chocolate chips. You will no longer buy store bought cookies.

- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup soften butter (or 2 sticks)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 oz bag chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional )
Instructions
- Pre-heat 375 degrees
- In a bowl mix flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder, set aside.
- In another bowl mix butter, brown sugar and sugar.
- In same bowl as the butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Add chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Line your cookie sheets with parchment paper and scoop cookie dough onto the cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 mins, until golden brown around the edges.
Notes
- When measuring your flour it’s best to first fluff the flour with a fork. Then spoon your flour onto your measuring cup, then level your cup with a knife.
