- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup mashed banana (or 2-3 medium bananas mashed )
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted, or 1 stick melted
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Line your muffin tins or bread pan and set it aside.[adjustable][/adjustable]
- Place flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, sugar, and brown sugar in a medium bowl; mix well and set it aside.[adjustable][/adjustable]
- In another medium bowl, place mashed banana, pumpkin puree, eggs, and melted butter; mix well.[adjustable][/adjustable]
- Mix flour mixture into the banana mixture, a little at a time, and do not over mix. The batter will look lumpy.[adjustable][/adjustable]
- Fill prepared muffin tins ¾ of the way or pour batter into a 9×5 bread pan. [adjustable][/adjustable]
- Place muffins or bread into the oven. If you are making muffins bake for 20-25 minutes. Suppose you are making bread bake for 50-60 minutes. [adjustable][/adjustable]
