Chickpeas are my favorite bean and this Quick Roasted Chickpea made over the Stovetop is the best way to enjoy them.
Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
1 15-can chickpeas
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Â Melt butter in a 2-3 quart pan over medium heat (be careful not to burn it, as it melts quickly).
- Drain and rinse chickpeas.
- Mix well with chickpeas, salt, garlic powder, thyme, and paprika. Saute for 5-8 minutes until the chickpeas are toasty.Â
