Quick White Bean Vegetable Dip

Description

This white bean dip is so good it will make anybody eat there veggies.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 15 oz cans or cups white beans
  • 34 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 34 tablespoon olive oil (less or more depends how smooth you like it)


Instructions

  1. In a pan add a little oil, saute garlic and onion for 3-4 mins, until they are a bit translucent.
  2. Once done transfer over to a food processor, add white beans, salt, paprika, cayenne pepper and coconut aminos.
  3. While the food processor is on slowly add olive oil.
  4. Taste and adjust any of the seasonings if needed and enjoy.
