Description
This white bean dip is so good it will make anybody eat there veggies.
Ingredients

- 2 15 oz cans or cups white beans
- 3–4 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoon coconut aminos
- 3–4 tablespoon olive oil (less or more depends how smooth you like it)
Instructions
- In a pan add a little oil, saute garlic and onion for 3-4 mins, until they are a bit translucent.
- Once done transfer over to a food processor, add white beans, salt, paprika, cayenne pepper and coconut aminos.
- While the food processor is on slowly add olive oil.
- Taste and adjust any of the seasonings if needed and enjoy.
