This smoothie is a basic recipe you can add anything you like. There is no wrong way of making it.

- 3 dates
- 3 oz tofu (my favorite is firm tofu )
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 8 oz soy milk (or any non-dairy milk of your choice )
Instructions
- In a blender place frozen bananas, dates, tofu, vanilla powder, and soy milk.
