This a perfect dinner for weeknight when you've have a long day. It's full of flavor and done when get home


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 3 lbs beef stew meat
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 23 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 12 tablespoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. In slow cooker add beef stew meat, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika and salt.
  2. Cook on low for 7-8 hrs or on high 4-5 hrs, until meat is fully cooked and falls apart.
  3. In a small bowl mix diced onion, cilantro and lemon juice.
  4. When done top the meat with cilantro and lemon and pair with red rice.
