Description

This Slow Cooked Spicy Shredded Chicken is super easy to put together and it makes a great weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 23 lbs chicken breast
  • 1 19 oz can enchilada sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika


Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker place chicken breast, enchilada sauce, garlic powder, ground cumin, salt and paprika.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs until chicken is cooked all the way through or shreds easily.

Notes

The chicken can be paired up with white rice or made into tacos.
