- 2 7-8 oz package fideo pasta
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 quarts water or chicken broth (or 8 cups)
- 2 tablespoon bullion (skip bullion if using broth)
- 1 cup tomato sauce
Instructions
- In a 4-5 Quart pot over medium heat, add oil, fideo pasta, and continuously mix for 3-4 minutes; you want to toast it until it's lightly browned.
- Add tomato sauce, water, bullion (skip bullion is using broth), and mix; bring water or broth to a boil.
- Once it boils, bring it down to simmer and simmer for 10-15 until pasta is tender.

- Skip bullion if using broth.
