  • 1 medium carrots
  • 1/21 inch fresh ginger


Instructions

  1. Prepare your vegetables according to the type of juicer or blender you have. For example, some might need to cut smaller pieces, while others you can use the whole vegetable.
  2. Juice red apple, carrots, and ginger.

  • If you are using a blender, cut vegetables into small pieces and blend with a small amount of water.
