These Applesauce Muffins are moist, fluffy, and not sweet with just that perfect hint of applesauce.

			- 2 cups flour
 - 3 teaspoon baking powder
 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1 cup sugar
 - 1 cup applesauce (or two 8 oz individual cups)
 - 1 egg
 - 3/4 cup milk
 - 1/2 cup oil
 
Topping
- 2 tablespoon sugar
 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees, line your muffin tins with paper liners and set aside.
 - In a medium bowl, add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and sugar; mix well.
 - In another medium bowl, add applesauce, egg, milk, and oil; mix well.
 - Slowly add the flour mixture to the applesauce mixture; mix well.
 - Pour mixture into the pre-paired tins; fill ¾ of the way.
 - In a small bowl, add sugar, ground cinnamon, and mix well; this is to top the muffins.
 - Top the muffin batter with ½ teaspoon of the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
 - Bake for 20-25 mins; until a toothpick comes out clean.
