Football season is in full swing, and this Barbecue Pork Sandwich Recipe is here just in time. It takes two minutes to prepare, and the slow cooker does the work for you.
Since football season has begun on TV and the kids have started playing football, it is time to come up with delicious hearty meals. Also, I need to keep in mind that football food needs to be easy to eat; it needs to be more like finger food (at least that’s how it is in our family). Because when my boys are watching the game, they are concentrating on the game, and the last thing they are thinking about is being careful with their food.
This dish has been one of my favorites to make because it’s easy, has two ingredients, place everything in the slow cooker, and you are done. My favorite bread for these sandwiches is the Hawaiian dinner rolls because they are small and have a hint of sweetness. I love most about this recipe because it makes a big batch; you can easily make other meals for the week. Cook once, and you eat two or three times.
What can I pair the sandwiches with?
- Coleslaw
