Description
Not only is this dish suitable for Thanksgiving, but it's also great for any weeknight meal. Broccoli Parmesan Cheese with Bacon made in the oven in under 30 minutes.

- 2 pound head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shaved
- 1–2 tablespoon oil (any oil will work)
- 1/4 cup chopped bacon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees, line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a big bowl, place the broccoli florets, add oil and give it a toss. Make sure the broccoli gets a good coat of oil.
- Place broccoli on the prepared cookie sheet, sprinkle parmesan cheese, and chopped bacon.
- Bake for 15 minutes for slightly undercooked broccoli with a little bit of a crunch, or bake for 20 minutes for fully cooked broccoli with a softer texture.

- Place any remaining in an airtight container and the refrigerator for up to five days.
