Description

Not only is this dish suitable for Thanksgiving, but it's also great for any weeknight meal. Broccoli Parmesan Cheese with Bacon made in the oven in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 pound head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shaved
  • 12 tablespoon oil (any oil will work)
  • 1/4 cup chopped bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a big bowl, place the broccoli florets, add oil and give it a toss. Make sure the broccoli gets a good coat of oil.
  3. Place broccoli on the prepared cookie sheet, sprinkle parmesan cheese, and chopped bacon.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes for slightly undercooked broccoli with a little bit of a crunch, or bake for 20 minutes for fully cooked broccoli with a softer texture.
