This is the best mac and cheese without the cheese. It's creamy and full of flavor.

- 1 cup cashews
- 1 can white beans
- 4 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 –1 1/2 cup milk or water (to desired consistency )
- 1 lb pasta shells
Instructions
- In a bowl place cashews and pour hot water over cashews.
- Let soak for 10-15 mins.
- In a blender add soaked cashews, white beans, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt and paprika.
- Add milk or water to blender until it reaches desired consistency.
- Place sauce in a pot and heat through.
- Cook pasta according to package.
- Once pasta is cooked add sauce and enjoy.
