These Chocolate Chip Muffins are easy to make with minimal ingredients. They are fluffy, delicious, chocolatey, and you can't stop at only one.

- 2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 egg
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoon sugar (for sprinkling on top )
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees, line muffin tins with muffin liners.
- In a small bowl, place flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar; mix and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, place milk, eggs, and oil; mix well.
- Add flour mixture into the milk mixture, a little at a time until it's well combined; do not over mix.
- Fold in chocolate chips to the mixture; then pour the batter into the prepared muffin tins, fill ¾ of the way and sprinkle with sugar.
- Place muffins into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the toothpick comes out clean.
