Description

These Chocolate Chip Muffins are easy to make with minimal ingredients. They are fluffy, delicious, chocolatey, and you can't stop at only one.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 egg
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoon sugar (for sprinkling on top )


Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees, line muffin tins with muffin liners.
  2. In a small bowl, place flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar; mix and set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, place milk, eggs, and oil; mix well.
  4. Add flour mixture into the milk mixture, a little at a time until it's well combined; do not over mix.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips to the mixture; then pour the batter into the prepared muffin tins, fill ¾ of the way and sprinkle with sugar.
  6. Place muffins into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the toothpick comes out clean.
