- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon dried sage
Instructions
- In a medium bowl place, ground pork, brown sugar, salt, garlic powder, and dried sage; mix well.
- Begin shaping patties; measure about 2 oz of the pork mixture and shape sausage into a patty.
- In a medium pan over medium to high heat, add a little oil; once it's hot, add sausage patty and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until no longer pink inside.
Notes
- This recipe makes about 9 2oz patties.
- The measurements with the spices do not have to be perfect, you can add or subtract as you wish.
