Description

These Easy Deviled Eggs only require 5 ingredients and take less than 25 minutes to make. The mayo makes it smooth, black pepper and paprika make it taste delicious.


Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 3 tablespoon mayo
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (or regular white vinegar )
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika


Instructions

  1. In a medium pot over high heat, place eggs and cover with water completely.
  2. Once it comes to a boil, turn off the heat and cover the pot; leave it for 10 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes, remove eggs from the pot and rinse them under cold water to cool them down.
  4. After they have cooled, begin removing the shell.
  5. Cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove the yolk, and place in a small bowl.
  6. In the bowl with the yolk, add mayo, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, and paprika; mix well.
  7. You can do this step two different ways; in a zip lock bag, place the egg yolk mix into the bag, cut the tip and fill the egg whites; or with a spoon, fill the egg whites with the egg yolk mixture.
  8. Top the deviled eggs with a sprinkle of paprika.
