The first time I made this recipe, my family loved it, especially my husband, who is a picky eater. Just looking at the ingredients, you know it will be good, but after I made it, I was pretty surprised at how good it came out.

Ingredients and Substitutions
Spaghetti– You can also use any shaped pasta: angel hair, shells, elbows, rotini, or penne pasta.
Bay leaf– The bay leaf gives the pasta a great flavor. I cannot make pasta without it.
Avocado oil– You can use any oil, such as canola, vegetable, or olive oil.
Kielbasa- I used Polska kielbasa for this recipe, but you can use any Polish sausage.
Onion
Garlic
Oregano
Italian seasoning
Paprika
Crushed tomatoes– If you don’t have crushed tomatoes, you can use diced tomatoes. Sometimes, my family does not like the chunkiness of the tomatoes so I use regular tomato sauce to make it.
Chicken broth– Here, you can use vegetable broth instead.
