Here I will share with you How to make Brown Rice. It's a great healthy grain to begin your journey. This recipe here is fluffy, creamy, and foolproof.

			- 1 cup brown rice
 - 1 3/4 cup broth ( veggie, chicken, or any broth of your choice)
 - 1 tablespoon butter, melted
 
Instructions
- Place rice in a colander and rinse the rice under running water, until water runs clear.
 - In a small bowl place rice and add enough water to cover, about an inch or 2.
 - Soak overnight or for about 6-8 hours.
 - Once soaked, in a 1-2 quart pot place rice, broth, and butter; bring to a boil.
 - Once it comes to a boil, cover, and bring down to low heat.
 - Cook for 30-40 mins.
 
Notes
- If you don’t have broth, you can use Better than Bouillon concentrated base paste. My favorite flavor is the Seasoned Vegetable Base.
 - Add 2 teaspoons of concentrated base paste to your water.
