Here is a Simple Lemonade Recipe without Fresh lemons. It tastes just as great and is done in no time. It has just enough tartness from the lemon juice and plenty of sweetness.

- 1 1/4 cup pure cane sugar
- 1 cup hot water (to melt the sugar )
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 6–7 cup cold water
Instructions
- Place sugar in a half-gallon jar or heat-proof pitcher, add the cup of hot water, then stir sugar and hot water for a minute until the sugar has dissolved and makes a simple syrup.
- Then, stir the lemon juice and the rest of the water. Pour over a cup of ice and enjoy.
Notes
- Store in a jar with a lid in the refrigerator for up to a week if it lasts that long.
