Description

Here is a Simple Lemonade Recipe without Fresh lemons. It tastes just as great and is done in no time. It has just enough tartness from the lemon juice and plenty of sweetness.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup pure cane sugar
  • 1 cup hot water (to melt the sugar )
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 67 cup cold water


Instructions

  1. Place sugar in a half-gallon jar or heat-proof pitcher, add the cup of hot water, then stir sugar and hot water for a minute until the sugar has dissolved and makes a simple syrup.
  2. Then, stir the lemon juice and the rest of the water. Pour over a cup of ice and enjoy.
