This Slow Cooked Spicy Shredded Chicken is super easy to put together and it makes a great weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 2–3 lbs chicken breast
- 1 19 oz can enchilada sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a slow cooker place chicken breast, enchilada sauce, garlic powder, ground cumin, salt and paprika.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hrs until chicken is cooked all the way through or shreds easily.
Notes
The chicken can be paired up with white rice or made into tacos.
