Description

These White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies are soft and chewy. With the right amount of white chocolate and cranberries to make it a great tasting cookie.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, soften (or 1 stick )
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries


Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees, and line your cookie sheets with parchment paper; set them aside.
  2. In a small bowl add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl add softened butter, brown sugar, and sugar; mix well until it becomes fluffy.
  4. To the butter mixture add eggs one at a time; mix well, then add vanilla and mix well.
  5. Add flour mixture to the butter mixture a little at a time; mix until all is incorporated, be careful not to over mix.
  6. Add white chocolate chips and dried cranberries; mix until all is incorporated.
  7. With a cookie scoop, scoop cookie dough onto prepared cookie sheets; about 2 in apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 mins, until the edges are slightly brown.

Notes

  • If you don’t have a cookie scoop, you can use two spoons. 
  • Cookies will remain fresh by storing them in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
