Description

I present to you White Chocolate Chip Brownies. This is slightly dense, chocolatey, and with the right amount of white chocolate chips.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper or grease well with oil.
  3. In a small bowl add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, mix well; set aside
  4. In a medium bowl add brown sugar and oil, mix well.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mix well; then add vanilla, mix well.
  6. Fold in flour mixture into brown sugar mixture.
  7. Then fold in white chocolate chips.
  8. Pour brownie mixture into prepared pan, and bake for 20-25 mins, until a toothpick comes out clean.
