White Chocolate Chip Brownies

I present to you White Chocolate Chip Brownies. This is slightly dense, chocolatey, and with the right amount of white chocolate chips.

White chocolate is my daughter’s favorite chocolate. She is always asking me to make white chocolate this, white chocolate that, and white chocolate everything. I personally am not a chocolate person and much less white chocolate, it’s too sweet for me.

And for my daughter, I am creating some white chocolate recipes. Here I have a brownie that even I liked myself.

Ingredients to make White Chocolate Brownies

As for my boys they love just about anything I make. My boys are heading towards the teenage years, so that means they are eating much bigger portions. When I make these brownies I always have to double the batch for one round of eating.

White Chocolate Chip Brownies

Let’s start making White Chocolate Chip Brownies

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper or grease well with oil.
  • In a small bowl add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, mix well; set aside.
  • In a medium bowl add brown sugar and oil, mix well.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mix well; then add vanilla, mix well.
  • Fold in flour mixture into brown sugar mixture.
  • Then fold in white chocolate chips.
  • Pour brownie mixture into prepared pan, and bake for 20-25 mins, until a toothpick comes out clean.

Variations

  • Instead of white chocolate chips, use chocolate chips and it will make a double chocolate brownies.
  • Add peanut butter chips and it will make a chocolate peanut butter brownies.
