Description
This recipe is delicious; these Whole Wheat Pancakes are moist, sweet, and fluffy.

			- 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
 - 3 teaspoon baking powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
 - 2 eggs
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
 - 1/4 cup oil (I use vegetable oil, or any oil would work.)
 - 2 cups water
 
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, place flour, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar; mix well.
 - In another medium bowl, place eggs, vanilla, oil, and water; mix well.
 - Slowly add the flour mixture to the water mixture; mix well.
 - Let the batter rest for at least 15 minutes.
 - In a medium skillet over medium to high heat, add a little oil.
 - Once the skillet is hot, place â…“ cup of pancake batter to the skillet.
 - Brown on one side, flip and brown on the other.
