Whole Wheat Pancakes

This recipe is delicious; these Whole Wheat Pancakes are moist, sweet, and fluffy.

I’ve made these pancakes before but not with much success. The only problem is they can be dry and not as moist as your regular white flour pancakes. So when you mention the pancakes are “whole wheat,” you will see that nose wrinkle because people’s idea is they must not taste good.
