Description
These Double Chocolate Cookies are the kind you would make for your kids when they come home from school. They are chocolatey, soft, moist, and delicious. They make a great afternoon snack.

			- 1 1/2 cup flour
 - 3/4 cup cocoa powder
 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 cup butter (soften )
 - 3/4 cup brown sugar
 - 2 eggs
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
 - 1 cup chocolate chips
 
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Line cookie sheet or sheets with parchment paper; set aside.
 - In a medium bowl mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
 - In another medium bowl place softened butter and brown sugar; mix well.
 - In butter mixture add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
 - Fold in flour mixture into butter mixture; keep folding in flour until it's all incorporated.
 - Add chocolate chips and mix well.
 - With a cookie scoop or 2 spoons; scoop out cookies on to cookie sheet.
 - Place cookie sheet into the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
 
Notes
- Makes about 24 cookies.
 - Instead of chocolate chip cookies, you can use white chocolate chips or peanut butter chips.
