Description
It makes the perfect snack for a pick-me-up. You have peanut butter, an excellent source of fat and protein; oats, a source of fiber; and honey, which is sweet and an excellent antioxidant.

- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter (or creamy )
- 1/4 cup raw honey (or regular honey )
- 1/2 cup rolling oats (or quick oats)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl place peanut butter, raw honey, and rolling oats; mix well.
- With a tablespoon and a half cookie scooper, scoop out the mixture into balls. Roll them in your hand into a smooth ball.
- Place the balls on a plate and in the refrigerator for about an hour to firm up.

- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
