Description

It makes the perfect snack for a pick-me-up. You have peanut butter, an excellent source of fat and protein; oats, a source of fiber; and honey, which is sweet and an excellent antioxidant.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter (or creamy )
  • 1/4 cup raw honey (or regular honey )
  • 1/2 cup rolling oats (or quick oats)


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl place peanut butter, raw honey, and rolling oats; mix well.
  2. With a tablespoon and a half cookie scooper, scoop out the mixture into balls. Roll them in your hand into a smooth ball.
  3. Place the balls on a plate and in the refrigerator for about an hour to firm up.
