These Easy Apples and Orange Juice cups are great to have on hand. It doesn’t stop with only apples; you can add grapes, blueberries, strawberries, or any small fruit of your choice.
Here I’ve made some easy fruit cups for the kids. I used to buy the fruit cups that come in heavy syrup Yuck!!!. The kids liked them, but I wouldn’t say I liked buying them; I would buy them because they were convenient and easy for the kids to get.
One day I thought to myself, “there has to be a better way of giving them a healthy snack that they can get themselves.”. I came up with these fruit cups, apples in orange juice. The orange juice helps the apples from turning brown. I’ve heard that lemon juice also helps the cut apples from turning brown, but I wouldn’t say I liked the sour taste it leaves. The orange juice does the same without the sour taste.
