When it comes to guacamole there are SO many different variations and all depends on how you like yours. When it comes to guacamole I like mine very simple to where you can actually taste the avocado.
Before I was never a fan so I never knew how it was made. I learned how to make it from my mother-in-law. The only difference is she adds shredded chedder cheese and that is one ingredient I leave out.
I really love how this guacamole comes out. Because it can go on anything tacos, tostadas, tortas or just on its own with corn chips.
I’m not adding measurements to this recipe. Avocados come in different sizes, depending how much you need its so easy to adjust the flavors to your liking.
