- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (or heavy whipping cream or half and half)
- 1 1/2 cup elbow pasta (Or any small pasta shape you prefer.)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a 3 quart pot over medium to high heat, place a little oil (to cook the ground beef) and ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and paprika. Cook for about 5 minutes until beef is no longer pink.
- Once the ground beef has cooked add tomato paste; mix well.
- Then add beef broth and heavy cream, bring to a boil, add pasta; cover the pot and turn down to low, cook for 15-20 minutes until pasta is fully cooked and has absorbed all the liquid.
- Once the pasta is done, turn off the stove, then add the cheese mix well until all cheese has melted.
