Many of us don’t eat raw veggies as much as we should. We wish we did but how can we eat more raw veggies? By making a delicious dip. This Quick White Bean Vegetable Dip makes it so much easier to eat your veggies.
Whenever I can I like to use beans for dips. It’s a win win when your trying to feed your family more nutritional dense foods. Also it makes it easier by adding some pretzels and crackers.
Beans are very nutritious full of iron, protein, fiber and many other vitamins and minerals.Beans should be an absolute pantry staple in everyones pantry (except the people that have health issues). They are so versatile you can make soups like my, dips, chili , breads, brownies like this one here and so many other dishes the possibilities are unless.

This Quick White Bean Vegetable Dip is a great fit for an easy lunch or snack. My kids have really been loving this dip as a snack in between lunch and dinner.
Let’s start making this dip!
Start by mincing the garlic and dicing the onion. In a small pan heat up a little oil then add garlic and onion, sauté for 3-4 mins until they become translucent. Once done transfer over to a food processor then add salt, paprika, cayenne pepper and coconut aminos. Turn on the processor then slowly add your olive oil. Add more or less depending how smooth you like it. Give it a taste and adjust any of seasonings if needed.

Description
This white bean dip is so good it will make anybody eat there veggies.
Ingredients
- 2 15 oz cans or cups white beans
- 3–4 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoon coconut aminos
- 3–4 tablespoon olive oil (less or more depends how smooth you like it)
Instructions
- In a pan add a little oil, saute garlic and onion for 3-4 mins, until they are a bit translucent.
- Once done transfer over to a food processor, add white beans, salt, paprika, cayenne pepper and coconut aminos.
- While the food processor is on slowly add olive oil.
- Taste and adjust any of the seasonings if needed and enjoy.
