Growing up my mom’s house was grand central for any family gatherings. Birthday parties for extended family members were always celebrated at my mom’s house. All holiday parties were held at my mom’s house. So I can say I’ve had my share of family gatherings.

Ingredients to make Roasted Red Pepper and Cream Cheese Dip

There is one particular recipe that I remember, my older brother would always make. And it was cream cheese and pimentos, mixed into a creamy dip. What I remember was how good it was and couldn’t wait to eat.

For this recipe, I’m using roasted red peppers instead of pimentos and honesty because they are easier to find at the grocery store.
