- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 eggs

- 1 20 oz bottles barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- In a small bowl, place bread crumbs, salt, garlic powder, and chipotle powder; mix and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, place ground beef and massage it for 2-3 minutes. This helps the meatballs soften and not be too tough.In a medium bowl, place ground beef and add the breadcrumb mixture; mix well.

- Place meatballs in the pot, bring to a boil, then down to a simmer; cover with lid for 30-40 minutes until the temperature inside the meatballs reaches 165 degrees.
