Spicy Peanut Butter Dressing

Here is my take on Thai Peanut Dressing, because I’ve never had authentic Thai Peanut Dressing and I don’t know exactly what it consists of, I’m naming it Spicy Peanut Butter Dressing. It can be put together in just a few minutes and it’s delicious.

Salad with Spicy Peanut Butter Dressing

I’ve never had Thai food, so I don’t know what Thai Peanut Dressing tastes like. We don’t eat out much, it’s not something that has ever appealed to us. But we do have an interest in different ethnic foods.

Ingredients to make peanut butter dressing

I put this dressing together with ingredients that I already had. It came out so good, even the kids liked it. Next time I need to make it a little less spicy for my little one but he really liked it though.

  2. Pour over your choice of salad or use a veggie dip.

I like to pour over a mix of napa cabbage, red peppers, romaine lettuce, green onion and angle hair spaghetti pasta.
