The texture and flavor of this Vegetarian Taco Meat are just the same as ground beef. Your family will not notice the difference. With the lentils, it makes it so much easier to incorporate protein and legumes into your diet.
I’m always trying to find different ways of incorporating more legumes into my family’s diet. Many times it becomes a big fail because legumes can most times be boring so trying to make them taste great without using the same spices every time can be tricky.
What I love about this recipe is, it can be made in less than 10 minutes, it can be used not only for tacos but for many other foods, and it’s also healthy for you.
