Simple Breaded Chicken Breast

This Simple Breaded Chicken Breast is easy to make, takes less than 10 minutes to cook. The mix of bread crumbs and cornmeal gives it a crispy coating. The mix of everyday spices gives it a basic but delicious flavor.

The first time I made this chicken, I actually baked it after I bread it. Boy, was that a bad idea? It just did not come out how I expected it to be. But, the kids still ate it; well, it wasn’t like they had a choice. I gave it another try, and I nailed it. When I make the recipe, they love it and get really excited when it’s on the menu.
