Basic Baked Chicken Drum Sticks

At times baked chicken can be boring, but you also want to make it quick and taste delicious. Here I have Basic Baked Chicken Drum Sticks that are easy to put together and taste great.

The other day at the grocery store I found a great sale on organic free-range chicken drum sticks. I couldn’t pass up on the sale and I bought five 2 pound packages. With all of this chicken, I was not sure how I wanted to cook it.

The first thing that came to mind was to make fried chicken. I didn’t feel like spending the time on breading them. I didn’t want to fry them in all of that oil. What I did want, was for it to taste great and cook with as little oil as possible.

Here is this recipe came to mind; it requires a little oil, simple spices that leave a nice crispy coat without having to bread them.
