If you are a salad type of person you are going to love this Avocado Dressing. I absolutely LOVE my salads, there was a time I would have a HUGE salad every night for dinner. My salads were getting so big that my mixing bowls that I use for baking, were starting to not be big enough.
Salads are a great way to eat more fresh veggies. Just be careful because they are easily turn unhealthy quick. When you start adding cheese, meat, nuts and very high in fat salad dressings.
Salads do not have to be boring as long as you have a good homemade dressing and good crunchy lettuce.
This Avocado Dressing is so creamy, very flavorful with few ingredients and can be used as a dip as well.
